How I see it:

M4: Map/ Method/ Model/ Mechanism:

Map: (Action/ Results) Can you visually see your process? Are you operating blind? Mapping is the collaborative visualization part; helping everyone visualize and improve your workflows. Think of it like a central operating system, allowing you to create a map duplicating the grid used in your (organization’s) mind, allowing you to store (offload) information, using chain of thought reasoning and recursive self-improvement to create a system that improves, every, single, day. Documented, for transferability.

Measure: What is your cash conversion cycle? After mapping your cash production process, now we can chat about yield: Getting more done with the same resources: More clients in less time, getting paid sooner, while reducing costs and headaches. To free up cash flow, shorten delivery times, response to opportunities and client needs. Unless you don’t want that type of competitive edge?

Manage: I will share my best two (2) eloquently simple tips, after effecting the right economic structure. Expect some story sell on some desperately needed Japanese (formerly American) management theory…

Mobilize: Instead of treating employees like soldiers (command and control) think of them as scouts (reporting battlefield conditions). A small yet significant paradigm shift from business as usual that leads to the kind of insight like removing a veil.

Why? Because a well-run business lifts EVERYONE it touches.

People leave companies because of bad management, chaos, money.

We solve these problems.
