Our Story

I work referral-preferred with those who suspect their growth is being constrained by system design — not effort.

Most of my work begins with a quiet introduction.  If someone you trust thinks this conversation is worth having, I am happy to connect. What I do;

I help businesses reduce (operational) friction and increase (scalable) capacity by improving the systems behind the work.

If you are CEO or founder, when ready to begin:

The vision above: The chain reaction below: It works like this:

Deming's chain reaction in circular fashion starts with improving quality. This decreases costs. Productivity then improves. Then capture the market, stay in business, provide jobs and more jobs.

Define improvement

My strategy:

(Diagnosis)  America is steadily declining because of our backwards management philosophy. With cultural bias blinding us, despite best intentions, we are treating employees like garbage: Restricting Quality and Innovation. c National Crisis

(Guiding Policy)  W. Edwards Deming eliminates the root cause through a synthesis of systems thinking, scientific knowledge, understanding of variation, human psychology.

(Coherent Actions)  M4. Method/ Model/ Mechanism:  Map your process.  Measure how long it takes.  Manage more effectively, by Mobilizing your people.

The Customer Who Never Comes Back parable.

Hand drawn picture by your host Parker. It is set in business blue. An older gentleman with the words: I am the fellow who drives into a service station and never blows his horn; just waits patiently while the attendant stares at his phone. Yes, you might say I am a good guy. But do you know who else I am?

I am the fellow who Never Comes Back! And it amuses me to see you spending thousands of dollars every year to get me into your store, when I was there in the first place. All you had to do was pay a little attention, show some courtesy and concern.

Show me a Little Courtesy.
