Write down the three most critical tasks you are paid by your business to do. 

Then break these tasks down, into sub-tasks (up to seven sub-tasks). 

Next, rank these sub-tasks on a scale of one to ten based on:

  1. Your Competency
  2. Your Passion
  3. Its Relevancy

Anything that is not critically relevant, that you are not competent in, or that you are not completely passionate about should be delegated to somebody else. 

Focus solely on your highest and best skills, abilities and talents.  Immediately drop everything else.  Otherwise, you end up with a few marginally improved weaknesses.  

Once you have determined your top three relevant, competent and passionate tasks, put all your effort into them, and orchestrate everything else. 

This is how you achieve the best possible return on investment of your time in your business. 

You will make more money and ensure you have a lot more fun doing it.
